This was my first 80% from ZR9 and I had ordered a new jig which the boys were not familiar with and they had made a huge mistake while milling the first lower. They had tried to cover it up and after talking to ZR9, they send me an additional lower which is now in action. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and handled my situation extremely fast while being courteous. Sent it in via USPS and it got there in 2 business days. ZRTS finished the job in a day and immediately sent it back to me via UPS. Everything was great so far except that UPS took forever to get it back and delayed my delivery by 2 days (not ZRTS’s fault, but it would have been nice to get it back sooner).
Anyways, the red dot sight now sits lower and closer to the bore axis which makes aiming feel a lot more natural and quick. It’s a beautiful and great priced job and I could not recommend this service enough.

This was my first time building with a ZRTS lower. I really liked the threaded pin on the bolt catch. It is so much simpler than hammering in a roll pin. I paired it with a PSA stainless barrel and upper, and all of the plasticware is Magpul. I only have a few hundred rounds through it so far since ammo is hard to get, but after getting it tuned in I’m getting 2 inch groups at 75 yards. Definitely recommend.

They did a cerakote and milled the slide for my 507c. Looks super sharp and the red dot makes shooting the 10mm much more fun. I’ve also had 2 other slides done and will continue to use ZR for their outstanding work and quick turnaround. Took a total of 1 week from sending it off to getting it back.

Outstanding! I started off with the 19x slide job and it was perfect. I then sent in my G20 for RMR cut and cerakote and it was also perfect. I found an overpriced 407k on ebay and asked ZR if they would mill the slide and install the optic and they did another banger job. Highly recommend. That’s my slide in the product photo and I could not be happier.
